在2022年的凤凰单丛茶王争霸赛结束后举行的拍卖会上，【八仙】茶王以5万每斤（500克）起拍，最后成交价定在23.8万，为今年的第二高价位。

【八仙】是凤凰单丛十大花蜜香型珍贵名丛之一，隶属芝兰香系，其名的由来是：1898年乌岽李仔坪村茶农文混从“去仔寮”村（1956年改名垭后村），取回大乌叶单丛的枝条进行扦插，经精心培育，成活8株茶苗，分别栽种在不同地理条件的茶园里。这8株茶树长大后，除树型有差异外，其他都保持原母树的优良种性，犹如八仙过海，各显神通，取名【八仙】。

这款乌岽老枞【八仙】是2023年春茶，表现非常优秀，茶汤非常清澈，没有杂质，纯粹清雅，汤水回甜明显，非常耐冲泡，是名副其实的神仙茶，之所以称之为神仙茶，是因为喝这款茶，不能以喝普通茶的心态要求它出汤快，出香快，出韵快，要有神仙的心态来对待它，慢慢悠悠，悠哉悠哉的，慢慢泡，慢慢出汤，越泡越出汤，越泡越有味，越泡越出彩，简简单单一泡茶，可以泡一个下午。老枞茶的特点，底蕴好，品味浓，厚肉，有底，口感不是那种浓，而是表面看似清淡的茶汤，但是品感却是非常丰富，就像喝一口广东老火汤靓的感觉，不是紫菜蛋花汤所能比的。

MHX：我觉得八仙就像40岁+的成熟男人，低调而有内涵，不再需要去争抢风头，然而实力就摆在那里。它的香气比较内敛、沉稳、非常低调，一点也不强势，一般人不容易喝懂，甚至很容易让你觉得一般，然而我觉得能够把八仙喝明白了，也证明了喝茶的功力不浅，准是资深老茶鬼。
