【鸭屎香】原产地潮州市凤凰镇凤凰山海拔900米的凤溪管区下坪坑头村， 树龄80年左右鸭屎香的原丛是从坪坑头引进的， 它的命名与它刚引种的茶园土壤有关 该土壤当地称“鸭屎土”是一 种富含矿物质的白垩类黄壤土， 最初的鸭尿香便种在鸭屎士中因为香气浓， 韵味好而受到乡里人的关注，大家纷纷追问是什么名丛，茶农怕被人偷去便随口起了“鸭尿香”，但还是有人想办法获得了茶穗进行插枝 嫁枝鸭屎香的名字也传开了去，茶苗最终也在凤凰地区扩种了。
